On a Friday around 1pm I was eating a salad with croutons, and I broke a crown. I called a bunch of offices and they were either closed or the Dr was leaving. Laura picked up, I explained that I was traveling to Japan that Sunday and had to get the crown fixed before the trip (to be able to enjoy meals with my family, etc.). Laura told me to come right away that they would take care of me! I filled out the forms, then Dr Mariamne Morales told me they needed to get some x-rays first, which Tanya did with brand new machines in a spotless room! Dr Morales then said they would try to safe the tooth, and replace the crown! Dr Morales and Tanya then got to work with such care and detail, that at 5pm I was ready with brand new perfectly placed crown!!! The meaning of customer care, satisfaction, and reliability! Will never go anywhere else!! Thank you!!!🙏
