I was a new patient that had not gone to the dentist in a long time due to a horrible experience I had as a child. Dr.Schlaen, the front desk, her assistants and the dental hygienist were very attentive to my anxieties and contributed to a new perspective I have towards dentists. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this dentist. From the time I walked in, all the staff were friendly and attentive, and the office was noticeably spotless. They used really advanced technology for my X-rays, did a comprehensive oral exam, a gum analysis and explained how my oral health can affect my overall health. You can clearly tell they care about your long-term dental health, not just fixing the immediate problems. Dr. Mariamne Moralis is beyond amazing. She has such a calming bedside manner, pays incredible attention to detail, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. She’s a perfectionist in the best way, and she made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Even though it was my first visit, she treated me like I’d been coming there for years. Her assistant, Irina, and Laura, the hygienist, were equally as gentile, attentive and friendly, keeping me comfortable for hours in the chair. I had a late afternoon appointment and the team ended up staying hours past close. They never rushed a thing and were equally as caring until the minute I walked out the door. The office team made sure to clearly go over the treatment I would need, explained all of my options, reviewed what my insurance would cover, and talked through payment plans to make everything as manageable as possible. I left feeling like I was in great hands and that I could trust every recommendation they made. 100/10 recommend coming to this practice!
